Georgia hosts 117th EOQ General Assembly
From November 16th to 18th 2011, the Georgian Quality Foundation, national representative of the EOQ, hosts 117th General Assembly of the European Organization of Quality. Leaders of 34 quality organizations within Europe arrive in Tbilisi to attend the event.
“For the first time in history of EOQ, the General Assembly will take place in post soviet country - Georgia. I consider it to be a very significant fact for integration of Georgia in European structures. We hope to encourage formation of modern and upscale standards of quality management systems within Georgian community”, - The EOQ representative and the President of the Georgian Quality Foundation Grigol Kuntchulia Stated.
The meeting between CEO Zaza Kikvidze and Deputy Director General Levan Bagdavadze of IDS-Borjomi Georgia and the Presidents of the national representatives the EOQ is planned on November 16th.
Bagrationi 1882 has kindly arranged the special tour for the delegates of General Assembly in frames of the event.
Also, on 18th of November, in scopes of closing event of General Assembly, the representatives of central and eastern European business will be awarded on the International Quality Tournament.
Three Georgian companies will be granted with Georgian Quality Mark. As the conclusion, the showcase of the idea for the catalogue ‘”the Best Quality of Georgia’’ will be presented.
